Provides medical services for many types of families. Individuals may be eligible if disabled, aged, blind, pregnant and/or indigent. Services are rendered by enrolled providers. Eligibility is based on income for all programs. SSI recipients are automatically eligible through Social Security Administration. Eligibility for some programs also has asset/reserve limits.
